Sponsorship Program
Sponsorship helps us to support our sanctuary herd, horses that are unable to be rehomed due to their special needs. Sponsorship helps to cover feed, medicine, preventative care, veterinary care & farrier care. It is a staple here at Second Chance Stables and our sponsors become family. Full sponsorship is $150/mth, partial is $75/mth. You will receive updates and annual gift from your horse. Horses in Need of a Sponosr
Charlie-A senior Belgian gelding who has been battling ocular cancer since he arrived. He lost his right soon after he arrived and has had 2 procedures to his left to remove small squamous cell carinoma. He also suffers from Arytenoid Chondritis. A sponsor for him would help support his medical needs.
Pony-a teenage mini gelding arrived emaciated and very sick following a case of strangles. He took some time to heal and has done well since. He does have heaves, equine asthma, but we manage it well with antihistamines and intermittent bronchodilators from spring-fall. Sponsorship for him would help cover his medication.
